[NLA] Accessing glitch solved re CAAL's Research-on-Research Mini-Survey Findings

A number of people have been unable to access CAAL's 
recently-released report on findings from its mini-survey of research 
used for guiding planning, policy, and service provision. 
Apparently, when listserv subscribers opt for "digest" form they 
often cannot access attached files.  To solve the problem, CAAL has 
repackaged the document and posted it in pdf format in the CAAL web 
site (http://www.caalusa.org).  Anyone who wants it should now be 
able to download it without trouble.  At the web site home page, 
scroll down the left side and look for the 'Research-on-Research'" 
Mini-Survey title.
