Sally et al, I look forward to your roundtable discussion about racism, 
poverty,etc...Just one correction in your recent e-mail which stated "COABE  
can be a dynamic vehicle for addressing issues of racism, poverty and other 
barriers, etc" It should read. COABE, AAACE and other adult 
education/literacy organizations have been vehicles for addressing issues of 
racism, poverty,etc." I'm sure your roundtable is going to add to the many 
strategies which are already in use and have been for many years. I look 
forward to some new ideas and strategies. The adult educators I have been 
privileged to work with have been in the forefront of breaking down many 
barriers to social justice for many years. See you in Charleston...Regards
