[NLA] interpreting postings to the list (long)

Dear Eileen,

One reason I love list servs is the democracy of the whole thing.  People get 
a chance to say what they want to say without interruptions.  

I don't think sarcasm works in print, it is confusing when the literal 
meaning of the words is an insult.
