[NLA] CBO tech planning vision statement

Hi Everyone,

I'm preparing some training on technology planning in California. I'm
looking for an example of a vision statement for technology from a
community literacy organization. I have plenty of examples from schools,
but I would like to include one from a library or community literacy
program. Any suggestions? Please email me off list.
