[NLA] LLA and LVA, Federal Policy Work

Dear Marsha, 

I should also say that the email from Jon Randell (July 12) opened up the 
issue for me, and his description of what he did in the 10 years he worked 
for LVA told me that my initital question about the roles of LVA and LLA were 
on the mark. I appreciate the info he so generously provided.

The thing about a private effort is that you have to succeed in what you do 
or go out of business.  Your managers and volunteers have to be doing 
something(s) right in the teaching of low literacy adults, both at the 
program management level and in tutorials.
