Well, the weekend is here, and I appreciate your last post.

YOICKS!  It is certainly not my idea to slam any one for not doing some job I 
have in mind, least of all NCL, and if that's the way I came across I 
apologize.  However, you are making clear some of the constraints the adult 
literacy field has worked with, and thanks very much for doing so.
