FW: [NLA] NIFL Board

Hal is correct that the selection of the next NIFL Executive Director is
critical to adult education, however we have even less influence over that
decision than we had over the people selected for the NIFL board. 
   The most critical decision was made in Nov., 2000.  Unfortunately we will
be living with the consequences of that event in too many ways for years to
