[NLA] NIFL Board

The NIFL board is a matter of great concern and should be.  Looking down 
the path, a critical issue is who the next Executive Director of NIFL will 
be.  If its an adult educator who can translate our concerns to the Board, 
we may not be in terrible shape.  But if it's another political appointment 
with no adult education experience, we would be in real trouble.  How can 
we influence this next critical decision?
