[NLA] NIFL Board Nominees

I don't know anything about how nominations are done, but if we want ESL or 
adult lit somebody (ies) is (are) going to have to speak up and/or apply 
pressure where it works.  Who would have put this list together?  Ron Paige?  
The two Bush ladies? Any influence from NCSALL?
