At the Literacy Assistance Center, in NY, NY, as part of a response to the
event of September 11th we put together a list of alternative media sources
and media critique sources, curriculum and primary source material, and
social service information for adult educators. It can be viewed on line at:
http://www.lacnyc.org/resources/wtc/resources.htm
I couldn't say that the media sources are unbiased, but we chose media
sources that have a range of biases and could provide an alternative to the
more mainstream media sources which are more easily accessible.
Sincerely,
Mariann Fedele
