[NLA] Democracy on Internet Literacy Lists

Well, Daphne, these seem reasonable reasons for talking in private, they boil 
down to fear of different kinds of violence, one physical the other economic. 
 Can't think of a way to get around these reasons, must respect them.  Thanks.
