[NLA] Family and Workplace Literacy/NRS

Andrea,
I believe from what I was told by our technical assistance person that NRS 
applies to any program using Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funds for 
education, training, or employment training programs.  For example we have a 
TANF funded computer lab - he said not to use those statistics as they did 
not apply even though the program is training, is employment related, and is 
a part of our overall program.  We submitted NRS data on our other program 
components that were funded in part with WIA funds.
