[NLA] NIFL board nominees

I have copies of the resumes which were sent by Rod Paige's office.  The sense
that these are NOT people with any real professional experience in adult
literacy was doubly reinforced by reading the resumes.  Not one that I could
see has actually done any substantive work in adult literacy (at least not
enough to warrant representation on their resumes).  In addition to those who
are obviously Texas people, several others have buried Texas connections (spent
considerable time working in Texas or are from Texas but currently working
elsewhere).  If you contact Rod Paige's office, they will fax them to you.  If
that doesn't work, I will make copies and send them (although I'd prefer if you
got them directly).  If you want me to do this, please contact me OFF the list
