[NLA] Advocacy tip to reach Congresspeople

[Carl Guerriere]

While speaking with a staffer at Senator Dodd's office reagarding the
response his office has received regarding NIFL nominees (minimal), he
informed me that the mail has been held up considerably because of new
procedures to eridicate anthrax and such.
He said phone calls and emails would be better venues to communicate
concerns.
Has anyone heard anything similar?
