Some corrections, not to sound illiterate. 

Andrea, and not Andres wrote: 'Another policy question.  President Bush says "Leave no child behind."'...

and Andres should have replied: 

Behind what? In El Paso, he is not leaving them behind. He is leaving them under. Underserved, undereducated, underhoused, etc.
