[NLA] Adult Literacy and The American Dream

CAAL has started a new series called "Occasional Papers."  Occasional 
Paper #1, titled "Adult Literacy & The American Dream," is an essay 
by Jump Start author and CAAL consultant Forrest Chisman.  It's in 
pdf format and available for printing and downloading from 
http://www.caalusa.org.  At the CAAL homepage, click on Occasional 
Papers in the left-hand column, and proceed easily from there.  Brief 
comments and reactions are welcome, but please send them to me using
