[NLA] One question about the ESDE's Tranformative Vision

In the new paradigm as discussed in the USDE's forward looking
transformative vision would EFF be viewed as a "fad?"  Would
constructvism be viewed as an ideology?  Would the research that supports
EFF be "evidence-based?"  Would it be viewed as sufficiently "rigorous"
to warrant continued federal support?

Inquiring minds want to know.
