Here are fax numbers for folks you may want to send your letter re the NIFL 
Board to.  As Christy Guillon has pointed out, snail mail is even slower 
these days as government mail is being checked for anthrax.  To avoid delays 
of a week or more, fax or email your letters.  Rod Paige, US Secretary of 
Education fax to 202-401-0596; Rob Muller, Deputy Assistant Secretary for 
Office of Vocational and Adult Education: fax 202-205-8748; Carol D'Amico, 
Assistant Secretary for Vocational and Adult Education: fax 202-205-8748;  
Elaine Chao, Secretary of Labor: the one on nilf's web site didn't work so I 
faxed to fax number for the next DOL person on the list, which 202-219-6827; 
Thomas Thompson, Secretary for healtha nd human services, fax 202-690-7203; 
GW Bush, fax 202-456-2461.  senator at kennedy.senate.gov is the email for 
Edward Kennedy.  You should be able to email your own state senator by 
substituting their last name for kennedy in that address.  However, when I 
tried to do so, my email was reurned for my NJ senators (not for Kennedy).  I 
queried the email administrator and am waiting back for a reply.  The senate 
page also lists phone numbers, but no fax numbers for each senator, so you 
can call and get a fax number.  Some of the email sites for individual 
congress members are set up to only take a short message.  Good luck.  Anyone 
with better contact info please amend these suggestions.  DD
