Kathleen, With regard to your ten minute presentation to the White House types...this may or may not be helpful. My youngest son is a Border Patrol Agent and spent some years in Texas...He used to tell me that local law enforcement & federal agents did not work together, Consequently, those who came over the border illegally were often in the middle...Per haps a suggestion would be to look for ways to cooperate on the border to benefit both sides...I am purposely being vague but I think you know what I mean.
