[NLA] on leading from the middle & into the mainstream

I have a copy of Jump Start by Forrest   Chisman as well as the  6 background 
papers form the Southport Institute. Since I am retired now, I am getting rid 
of a lot of the studies and reports I have accumulated since the 80's. Would
