[NLA] Breaux-Hatch letter

Dear David --

When you compile the final honor roll of adult ed advocates who contacted 
their senators about the Breaux-Hatch NIFL letter, please include the 
students of the CLC Bridge Transition-to-College Program, Cambridge, MA, 
who sent thank you letters to Senators Kennedy and Kerry, cc'ed to the 
three secretaries. For some, it was their first typed business letter; for 
others, their first advocacy effort; for all, a fun computer lab.
