[NLA] Adult Education and this Administration

To the NLA List,
I would be interested in another opinion about where adult education/literacy 
policy/funding is now. A lot has bee said about the focus on K-3 
reading/writing programs.Does anyone have some information about what is 
happening as we speak.Thanks, Jay Cretella, COABE
