[NLA] Discussion: Proposed Pennsylvania Gubernatorial Platform

NLA Colleagues,

I think PAACE's proposed platform for the 2002 Pennsylvania gubernatorial election is terrific. I urge that you take a look -- it's  not long, and it has persuasive language which other adult literacy advocates might be able to use.  Are there other states which have upcoming gubernatorial elections?  If your state does, why not follow Pennsylvania's lead and urge the candidates to make yours a "Right to Learn" state.
