[NLA] Let's hope!

We certainly hope and pray that the War on Terrorism is more successful than 
the decades-old War on Illiteracy!

It is hard to imagine CNN providing statements from Donald Rumsfeld stating 
the fact that the attacks on Afghanistan had hit less than 10 percent of 
their targets. (Sound familiar?)

Of course, thank God, our Armed Forces are intelligent enough to use more 
than one strategy, instead of sticking to the same approach year after year.
