[NLA] Questions/Discussion: How is NRS follow-up going?]

Hi

NRS follow up was not a problem for us. 

We had strong Educational gain folow - up and 30%  with enploment entered 
goals entered employent.

Entered Employment goals were 100% - We only coded 6 students out of over 500 
with this goal because at enrollment thay had clear plans to enter higher ed. 
or training programs.

We didn't code students with 'retained employment' as a goal because of 
complexities of achieving/tracking that goal - and ended up with 58 students 
who achieved that goal anyway!!! :-)

We didn't code students with GED goal because were either: unrealistic for 
the students, the % of achievement mandated was completely unrealistic, we 
are not a GED program and we referred appropriate students to GED programs.
