Congratulations on your successfuladvocacy...Your "story" ought to be the focal point of every public policy workshop this year. And go for the increase. Someone is definitely listening and on your side (and it's sad to think there are sides in literacy). Hope to hear more good news form your state.   The COABE membership will be hearing about this, I can assure you...
