What about us LVAers.  15 affiliates in the Nutmeg State.  Advantages:

* flexibility
* individualized instruction
* open all year round
* entrepreneurship and innovation

The struggle for agencies like ours is whether we base programming on our
own unique strengths or whether we become, as I sometimes put it, ABE
light.
