Dear all,

I'm in the process of trying to pull together and annotate on line
resources addressing the multiple ways in which programs, state
administrators and others are talking about outcomes, reporting,
measurement and the like.

The annotations at this point are pretty much copied from the sites
themselves and need work.  Having said that, I'm very interested in any
feedback anyone might have, especially in the area of ommissions from the
site, and/or in honing down better descriptions of the sites themselves.
