Please send me a request for some funding with as much detail as
possible. The Commision on Adult Basic Education Board of Directors will
be holding its winter meeting in Phoenix on Nov. 19-20.I would like to
present a proposal from VALUE at that meeting. I can't guarantee anything
but we can try.  COABE is very much concerned about how to reach more
adult in need of basic education and training..Perhaps other associations
would be motivated to look at VALUE too..Let me know..
