NLA Question: Learner Conferences and Organizations

In response to the list of student organizations and conferences around the
country, I would like to add the following:
Pennsylvania will have a state student conference on October 25, 26, and 27
in Harrisburg.  There will be a legislative luncheon with state legislators
attending,.  Organizers say they have commitments from over 20 legislators
who will attend.  This conference is being organized with the assistance of
Tutors of Literacy in the Commonwealth and the Delaware County Literacy
Council in Chester, PA.
