Hal and Paul and others,

This indeed is a grave situation. I think I know the article you are 
talking about.  Would it be helpful at this point to name it and write 
to them about their legal but unethical behavior?  I was thinking of 
doing so even before your posting because the quote is certainly taken 
out of context and in fact is used as evidence for a very damaging 
point of view.
