NLA Question:International Literacy Day

The official international literacy day is September 8th.  The International
Reading Association always holds a small media event in DC on that day and
announces the UNESCO international literacy prizes for the year.  If anyone
wanted to do something in DC with IRA, they would be happy to have some help.
