NLA Discussion:Documenting Program Effectiveness

Dear NLA-ers:

	I am interested in getting information on national initiatives 
past and present to document program effectiveness in adult literacy 
education/ESL/ and ESL literacy.  What is being done to demonstrate that 
programs around the country are meeting their programmatic goals and 
helping students meet theirs? 
	I would welcome information from anyone involved in such an 
initiative or referring me to something you know of or about.
