Hi all,

1)   ADA Checklist Update
The ADA submission panel was released on October 27th.  The submission is due by November 30th. Note that this is required for Community Adult Learning Centers and Correctional institutions only. Users need to fill in all the panels with the required information prior to submitting the verification. Please remember that this checklist is for FY11 so all dates entered must be between 7/1/2010 and 6/30/2011. Please see previous SMARTT Updates in the monthly mailings for more information. 2)   Cognos Update
The following cubes have been rolled over to FY 2012:

          -Attendance Cube  - note that attendance is prorated for each student based on date enrolled and scheduled hours/month for the enrollment period.
                  Under-enrolled classes will be based on the planned hours – 100 level classes at 7 students and all other classes at 9 students.
          -Student By Site Cube
          -Volunteer Cube
          -Goals Cube
