Teaching in the Multi Level ESOL Classroom:
Tuesday, 12-2-09 from 4-8pm
NECC, 45 Franklin Street, Lawrence, MA, Room 244

ESOL trainers Heidi Perez and Laurie Hartwick facilitate this highly interactive workshop will detail techniques and strategies teachers can successfully integrate in their mixed ability classes and facilitate the development of necessary skills.

BEST Plus Administration Training:
Tuesday, 12-8-09 and Wednesday, 12-9-09, from 4:30-8:30pm
NECC Extension Campus, 78 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA, Room 101

The BEST Plus training is required for any practitioners who will be administering and scoring the BEST Plus Oral Proficiency Test for ESOL learners.
Please Note:  Participants must register for both sessions. Due to BEST Plus Training regulations, participants may not be more than 10 minutes late or leave early.  Unfortunately, no one can be admitted to the training room after 4:40.  Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Intro to Cognos:
Thursday, December 10, 10:30am-12:30pm

Cognos is the reporting tool for your SMARTT data where you can see attendance, goals, and student demographics data.If you are new to Cognos or just need a review of the basic features and navigation, then this workshop is for you.
