	Dear ABE Practitioner,

	The SABES Workforce Development Team is updating its resource
library and we are asking for your help. We're looking for
recommendations - from you -- for books, websites and other materials
that you have found especially useful on subjects related to workforce
development. We would like to make them available to others in the
field, through the SABES library and web site. Let us know your
favorites-or things you would like us to make available.

	Please take a few minutes and send us recommendations and
information (Title, Author, Brief Description?) about resources that you
like and/or use on any of the following, or other, workforce development
subjects:

	*	Identifying learners' job skills and interests
	*	Developing job readiness skills
	*	Connecting your program to employers
	*	Connecting learners to employers
	*	Language skills development in workplace contexts
	*	Occupational exploration
	*	Looking for a job
	*	Applying for a job (resume writing; interviewing)
	*	Worker rights

	Please send your recommendations (e-mail is fine) to Laurie
Sheridan, SABES CRC Workforce Development Coordinator, at
Lsheridan at worlded.org.

	Thank you!

	The SABES Workforce Development Team:

	Cathy Gannon

	Kathleen Howell

	Dori McCormack

	Patricia Pelletier

	Laurie Sheridan

	John Zhang
