Dear Friend,

Are you facing foreclosure or concerned about the prospect of facing
foreclosure in the future? If so, please join us for this free and
confidential Foreclosure Prevention Workshop.

On March 29th, beginning at 1 PM, I will be hosting a Foreclosure
Prevention Workshop in the cafeteria of Lowell High School in Lowell,
MA. I urge you to join me and the more than 20 mortgage and foreclosure
counselors that have graciously offered their time.

Representatives from a variety of Community and National Housing
Agencies, as well as representatives from The Department of Housing and
Urban Development and MassHousing, will be available for one-on-one
counseling specific to your situation. In order to maximize the
counseling time, we ask that homeowners bring ALL relevant mortgage
information including: recent mortgage statement, lender correspondence,
and complete Loan closing documents. A recent W2 or proof of income is
also requested.

Please RSVP so that we can ensure there are enough counselors on hand to
offer assistance. To RSVP, or for additional information, please call
