The Division of Grants Administration is the regional funding authority,
the WIA Title I Administrator, and acts as the Fiscal Agent for the
Department of Training and Development (DTD) / ValleyWorks Career Center
(VWCC) and the Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board (MVWIB) for
workforce development funds in the region.
