The Northeast SABES Summer Institute on Counseling will help meet the
professional development needs of counselors, teachers and directors in
adult basic education.  The below sessions will provide important
information and training in the areas of communications, interactional
styles and supporting adults with ADD/ADHD. Please see the attached
flyer for workshop descriptions.

8:45 - 10:15                 Adult Learners and ADD/ADHD: Emotions,
Behaviors, and Strengths

10:30 - 12:00               Communication: Assessing and Improving Our
Skills

12:00 - 12:45               Lunch

12:45 - 4:30                 The Influence of the Crucial C's: For Our
Students, Ourselves and Our Programs

 

 

Free parking is available behind the building at 78-82 Amesbury Street
or across the street in the transportation center garage.  It is
important that you register for this event so an accurate count for
lunch can be provided.
