Here's something you may be interested in:

Adobe Systems has finally rolled out Photoshop Express, a free, Web-based application for editing, organizing, and sharing images. It also includes 2GB of storage. It does require Flash Player version 9 to run. Photoshop Express is two things: a photo-sharing site and a photo-editing site. It lets you upload photos into albums (up to 2GB), organize them, make them public for sharing or share them privately via email links, and generate and email nice-looking self-contained Flash slideshows. It's editing capacity also contains tools to crop, rotate, tweak and more. It's still in Beta version, but worth checking out. Enjoy
