Hi Everyone -- As part of my job to promote immigrants as assets to
America, I summarized research from respected institutions and
researchers
about immigrants and jobs, labor force, welfare, entrepreneurship etc.
I
compiled these summaries into "briefing books" that provide the
summaries as
well as complete citations.  The summaries and statistics are very
useful in
proposal writing, advocacy and for refuting myths about immigrants --
many
of whom are our students.

Attached is an advertisement for the briefing books that I hope you will
include (or some version of) in your newsletters.  The briefing books
can be
found on our website at www.ilctr.org.  The website also includes our
commissioned research about immigrants as entrepreneurs, customers and
workers.
