Subject: Upcoming Event: NCDA Teleconference
Hurry - One Week Left To Register!
Every year for the last several years the National Career Development
Association (NCDA) arranges for remote sites to link in to part of their
annual conference so that career development practitioners who are
unable to attend the conference in person are able to participate. This
is called the NCDA teleconference.
Massachusetts will again host the New England remote site for the 2007
teleconference portion of the NCDA's annual conference, which takes
place in Seattle, WA.
This year's teleconference presentation is titled, "Back To The Future:
Using Creative Theory-Based Approaches To Cost- Effectively Deal with
Diversity

teleconference workshop). In addition, for the first time ever, the
teleconference will include the NCDA annual conference keynote address,
which is titled, "The Growing Internationalization of Career Development
and Career Counseling: Opportunity for Inclusiveness or Stagnation" and
will be delivered by NCDA president David Blustein.
The New England site will be at the Holiday Inn in Marlboro, MA
(conveniently located off of Route 495 and 1 hour from Boston, Southern
NH, and Springfield, MA) from 2:30 pm to 7:40 pm on Friday, July 6th.
The cost is $25 and light refreshments (Cheese & Crackers, Veggies &
Assorted Dips, Coffee, Tea, Assorted Sodas, and Water) will be served.
The registration deadline is Saturday June 30, 2007. For more
information and to register, visit our website at Register for the
teleconference at

you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
This event is open to anyone in the field of career development so
please pass this information on to any other career development
practitioners who may be interested in this event!
Don't miss this opportunity to network with fellow career development
practitioners from all over New England as well as to learn about the
latest trends in the field of career development. Last year's
teleconference was a knock out! You definately aren't going to want to
