Dear Workforce Solutions Partners:

 

Great news!!!  The application for the Educational Rewards Grant
program, which was established by the Workforce Solutions Act/Economic
Stimulus Bill has been released.

 

Information and applications are available at 
http://www.osfa.mass.edu/default.asp?page=educationalRewardsGrant

 

You can also get information through your local Career Center or
Community College.

 

This program funds grants of up to $3,000 for students seeking training
in a high demand occupation. It gives special attention to low-income
working adults and displaced workers.  In addition to paying for
tuition, these flexible grants may be used to help with living expenses
such as transportation and child care.

 

WSG urges you to share this information with anyone who might benefit
from this innovative program, which you, through your tireless advocacy,
helped to establish.
