[Nesabes] SMARTT New user has been postponed

The SMARTT New User Training scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 15,  has been postponed until Friday Feb 16.  Since this is a statewide training that is  being held @ Deven's, where it's predicted to get more snow and perhaps sleet and freezing rain, and that Thursday am will have "blowing and drifting snow Wednesday night into Thursday morning"  weather at alerts.weather.com,  It's been decided not to chance it.
