[NCL_Update] Sclafani Nominated for OVAE Assistant Secretary

Last Wednesday, the Senate received the Administration's nomination for
Susan Sclafani to become Assistant Secretary for Vocational and Adult
Education at the U.S. Department of Education. Sclafani currently serves as
special assistant to Education Secretary Rod Paige.
