NCL_Update subscribers,

Some of you may have noticed instructions on how to post messages to this
list that were included in the automated subscription confirmation message
you received. Please disregard those instructions. This is a broadcast-only
list. We had hoped to get the posting instructions removed from the canned
subscription confirmation message. However, such customization may not be
possible under this system. Therefore, you may have put up with receiving
this reminder periodically as new subscribers come aboard.
