[Mwa] Please take 5 minutes - you can help improve the WD system1

Hi

We are emailing today to ask you to:
1) review the attached legislation (developed by Representative Michael 
Rodrigues and the Mass Workforce Alliance) - "Establishing a Task Force for an 
Effective Workforce Development System";
2) consider calling your state representative and state senator and asking 
them to co-sponsor the bill.  (Having contacted several reps and senators 
recently, I can assure you the call usually takes well under 5 minutes.)

There are two co-sponsors so far - Representatives Jehlen and Spellane.  If 
you can help us get more co-sponsors, it will increase the chances of success 
for the legislation.
