[MCAEnews] Adult Literacy Awareness Day March 13

[The MCAE Advocate]

 Hi,
 Next Thursday, March 13, is Adult Literacy Awareness Day at the
State House. We are hoping to match last year's turnout of over 1,000
people. If you are planning to attend, please plan to arrive at least
half an hour earlier than the 11am starting time. Last year there were
long lines waiting to go through the screening devices to get into the
State House. 
 If you are attending the event with ABE practitioners and students, 
you might want to publicize your attendance at this event in your
local media. Attached is a press release that you can use. If you
wish, you can also modify it to reflect any local detail that might be
of interest to your local media.
