Dear MCAE Member,

On Wednesday, October 25, we will be having the MCAE Annual Meeting at the Network Conference. You will be asked to vote on the following addition to our by-laws:


Article V
Officers
Section 10. Past-President 

When a President completes his/her term of office, he/she will become the Past-President. The Past-President will be a member of the Board of Directors, with all the duties and responsibilities of that position. He/she will also be a member of the Executive Committee, with all the duties and responsibilities of that position. The Past-President term of office is for one year, but can be renewed.
