[MCAEnews] MCAE Scholarship Notice

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
 
Please be advised that MCAE has been able to extend the application deadline
for the MCAE-Sissy Gaudet Memorial Scholarship.  The new deadline is next
Friday, September 17, 2004.  Applications should be emailed, faxed or
postmarked no later than 5:00PM.
 
This scholarship will be awarded to a GED graduate(s) from a recognized ABE
program, who are, or will be pursuing post-secondary education in the 2005
academic year.  If you know of any students who you feel may be deserving of
this award, please contact the MCAE office by the above deadline.
 
**Please note that consideration will be given to students who have already
submitted an application for this scholarship.
